Payments are made in one of the following ways:
- Cash on delivery upon receipt of your products.
- By deposit to our Piraeus bank account or National.
- With cash, credit and debit cards in our physical store.
- Via Viva Wallet Smart Checkout – you can pay with your credit card in our online store.

Advance payments
Below are the cases where a 50% advance payment is required. The amount of the advance payment is paid by deposit to our bank account, which is indicated in the first paragraph above.
- For orders over €150 regardless of products.
- For handmade products or especially products that need manufacturing.
- For the subcategories: Engagement Favors, Baptism Favors, Wedding Favors, Wedding Candle Holders
Shipping
Shipping Destinations
We serve our customers from all over Greece via courier directly to your door.
Free shipping
The cost of transport for orders over €170 is free, as long as they do not exceed 5kg. In case they exceed them, we will contact you for a special shipping cost.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs up to 5 kg are €4.50.
If your parcel is over 5 kg, you will be charged €1.50 per kg.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, the cost is +2.00€ added to the shipping cost.
Pickup from the store
You can pick up the products from our physical store at Papadopoulou 29 (corner to El. Venizelou) in the center of Thessaloniki, at no extra charge.
Delivery Time
Our priority is for orders to be shipped promptly:
- 1-2 business days if the products are in stock.
- 3-7 business days if the product is in stock upon order
- 15 working days for favors
