The display, presentation, sale, transport-storage, delivery and any return of our products displayed on this website as well as the protection of your personal data and the security of your transactions are governed by these terms of use, which we invite you to read before browsing E-g and making your purchases. Your navigation on E-g as well as the execution of any transaction or communication with our company means the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use by you. In case of your disagreement or reservation for part or all of these terms, you can send your e-mail to info@e-g.gr before you browse or make a transaction, otherwise your acceptance of all terms is unconditional.

Our company reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of E-g (in whole or in part): a) part or all of these terms of use, b) part or all of the content of E-g and c) part or all of the interface, structure or configuration of E-g as well as its technical specifications. The company also reserves the right at any time, without justification and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of E-g to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of E-g. The user/consumer/consumer/member of E-g unreservedly acknowledges and accepts all of the above by navigating and/or using the services of E-g.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The E-g online store promotes, promotes and resells the products of the suppliers with whom it cooperates. The company reserves the right to freely select the products displayed on E-g and to modify, renew and/or withdraw them at any time and without prior notice. The same applies to its pricing policy, any offers and discounts which it may freely select and carry out as well as modify, renew and/or withdraw at any time and without prior notice and/or deadline.

3. RECEIPT OF REQUEST FOR ORDER & COMPLETION OF ORDERS

E-g is a store that cooperates with a multitude of suppliers, importers and manufacturers (foreign and domestic) in order to bring you a wide range of products at the best possible prices. Therefore, although we take every possible measure to ensure the availability of our products as shown in E-g, it is possible that a product shown in E-g may not be available or may not be available within the delivery time stated in E-g, for reasons beyond our control. For this reason and in order to keep you fully informed and to protect you as much as possible from unforeseen circumstances, orders are completed as follows:

a) SENDING AN APPLICATION FOR AN ORDER

You can browse our online store, freely select the products of your choice through E-g and place them in your shopping cart. Then, following the “steps” indicated each time, you should proceed to send your request for an order to our company. In order to provide you with better and better service and to facilitate your future purchases during your first order, you register as a user of E-g by filling in all your personal data requested in the corresponding registration form. Then, each time after completing your purchases, you fill in all the details of your order request that appear on the order form. All the data sent to our company falls under the strict policy of protection of your personal data maintained by our company and are collected and processed with full security and diligence and only after your explicit consent provided by sending the above form. In any case, each time you send a request for an order to our company, you must first accept these terms of use, which govern the transactions between us in their entirety as stated in article 1 above. You are also responsible for the correctness and legality of the above data, which our Company knows only upon your declaration.

When you send the request for an order, you will receive an automated message containing the details of the order request that our company will receive, which will also be sent to the email address you have provided. All your requests are received by us subject to availability checks on the products included in your order request (which checks are carried out after the start of the processing stage following your request). At the stage of receiving your request and the automatic display of the content of your order request, the processing of your request by our company has not yet started.

b) PROCESSING OF THE REQUEST FOR ORDER

If your order request is sent between 9.00 and 13.30 on a working day and time (Monday to Friday) then you will immediately receive a message to the email address you have provided us with, that your request is being processed by our company. Otherwise you will receive this message within the next working day. During the processing of your request, the availability of all the products included in your order request is checked.

i) If there is availability of all the products included in your request within the delivery time indicated in our online store then you will be sent a message to the email address and/or mobile phone number you have provided us with confirming your order and including all the details of your order. The shipment of the products will be carried out according to the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.

ii) In the event that there is no availability of any of the items you have placed in the order and/or that a product will be available after the delivery time indicated in our online store, then our Company will contact you either by e-mail to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number you have provided us with or by direct telephone contact with you through a representative (or in all of the above ways) in order to consult with you for any modification, correction or cancellation of the order. If it is not possible to contact you within 10 days of sending your order request, your request will be automatically cancelled and you will have to send a new request to us. In any case, any new order (modified or not) will be sent to you again with a new email and/or to the mobile phone you have indicated to us and this message will be the confirmation of your order, on the basis of which your order will be executed. The shipment of the products will be carried out according to the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.

c) Our Company may contact you via e-mail and/or mobile phone message which you have indicated to us during your registration throughout the period up to the delivery of your order to you for any issue concerning the receipt, processing, execution and/or transportation of your order and/or payment and/or return of the products or for anything else. The parties agree that such communication (by e-mail and/or mobile phone message you have indicated to us) also covers the legal requirements of informing you in writing, notifying you, confirming your order, where and when required by law. In case you wish to express your objections, or to provide you with clarifications on the content of a message you have received as described above, or for any other reason, you can contact us either by sending an email and/or replying to the sms you have received and/or by calling us directly at +30 231 028 4737.

4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

In order to provide you with a better and better service, our company has a payment method option for the products you are interested in buying, which, as explained below, is linked, among other things, to the processing time of your order request and/or the time of delivery of the product to you. Once you have decided which payment procedure suits you, you select the corresponding payment method in the appropriate section of the order request form and enter your necessary details if required. The collection and processing of the payment details you send us fall under the strict policy of protection of your personal data maintained by our company and are collected and processed with full security and diligence and only after your consent provided to us with the sending of your order request. In particular for credit card payments, all necessary security measures are taken in cooperation with our partner financial institutions to ensure maximum protection for your electronic transactions and secure your payments.

The payment methods are specifically the following:

a) CASH ON DELIVERY – If you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment method then you must pay the corresponding price (and any agreed costs e.g. transport) upon receipt of the product from the carrier of our choice. In case the total value of the order exceeds 1500€ there is no possibility of cash on delivery. There is also the possibility to request an advance payment of part of the order value in case it is deemed necessary by the customer service department.

b) IN A BANK ACCOUNT – If you have chosen as a payment method the deposit to a bank account, then you must prepay your order (and any agreed costs, e.g. transport) in order to start the process of processing your order request and the commitment of the products included in it by us, in one of our company’s accounts that appear in the order form and in the e-mail you will receive as soon as your order is processed, indicating as a reason your order code.

You should then send us a copy of this deposit either by fax, at fax +30 231 028 4737, or by e-mail to info@e-g.gr. After receiving a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount, the processing and order confirmation procedure is followed and the relevant emails and/or mobile phone messages you have indicated are sent to you. In case you do not receive a copy within 7 calendar days or do not receive a valid copy of the deposit of the full amount, your order will be cancelled free of charge and the sales contract will be considered as never having been concluded. A cancellation message will be sent to the email address and/or mobile phone you have provided us with. In case of cancellation or modification of your order until the shipment of the product(s), we will follow the procedure of interest-free refund of your money, after contacting you with one of the above mentioned ways of contact (article 3 c above) in order to give us the bank account number to which you wish to make the deposit.

c) BY CREDIT C ARD – E-g accepts Maestro, VCN/BSA MasterCard, MasterCard Debit Cards, MasterCard Debit Cards, Visa Debit Cards, Solidarity MasterCard, MasterCard Credit Cards, Visa Credit Cards, MasterCard Corporate Cards, Visa Corporate Cards, MasterCard Prepaid Cards from Piraeus Bank and Visa Prepaid Cards from Piraeus Bank. If you have chosen the credit card as a payment method, the process will be carried out and completed through our trusted partner – a banking institution that provides all the security guarantees of electronic transactions. In particular, your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL-128 bits and digital certification by the Comodo Group, Inc.) which guarantee a secure transaction environment to many large companies worldwide.

i) Before confirming your order, your credit card will be pre-authorized with a commitment of the total amount (price and any agreed costs, e.g. transport) in order to make the corresponding commitment of the product(s) we will send you. For some credit cards where it is not technically feasible to pre-authorise at this stage, the final charge of the total amount will be made. In the event that at the stage of confirmation of your order there is a problem with your pre-approval then the Company will contact you in one of the ways mentioned in article 3c above in order to consult with you on this issue. If none of the foreseen ways of contacting you are not possible for any reason within 10 days of sending your order request, your request will be automatically cancelled and you will have to send a new request to us. In this case you will be sent a cancellation message of your order request to the email address you have provided. In case of a successful pre-approval, the final charge of your card is made when the products are shipped to you.

ii) If at any point, even after any shipment to you of the product you have ordered, even though the above pre-approval has been received, by mistake and/or due to a technical or other problem and/or for any other reason and for any other reason, your card has not been finally charged with the applicable price and expenses, our Company has the right to make a final charge of the amount and charges corresponding to your executed order at any later stage, at any point in time. Upon final billing you will be sent a message to the email address and/or mobile phone you have provided to us.

In case you choose to pay by credit card you must be present at the time of receiving your order with your credit card and your identity card. If the order is placed in the details and on behalf of a company then the credit card you use must be a company credit card. That is, it must be issued in the data of the respective company. Also, the authorized holder must be present at the delivery with his/her credit card and ID.

5. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS/SHIPPING COSTS

a) Upon confirmation of your order, you will be informed with a message to the email address and/or mobile phone you have provided us with and the time of delivery of your products depending on the area you have chosen to have the products shipped to you.

b) In any case, your order will be sent to you by our company or by a partner carrier of its choice during working hours and days (Monday to Saturday 09:00-17:00). According to the basic delivery schedule of our partner courier company, the deliveries are as follows:

– in Thessaloniki within 24 hours from the dispatch of the products to the carrier

– in the capitals of prefectures within 24 hours from the dispatch of the products to the carrier (except for islands)

– in other areas within 48 hours from the dispatch of the products to the carrier, except in remote areas which can be delivered within 72 hours

Our company and its partners take all necessary measures for the timely delivery to you of the products you have ordered based on the above schedule. However, it is not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively not responsible for causes of delayed delivery due to delays in customs, intermediate loading/unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company’s warehouses by our suppliers, etc. In the event of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you at the details you have provided in order to inform you and to agree with you on the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Although we have taken all possible care to inform you in relation to any unavailability of a product, it is nevertheless possible that there may be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product from our suppliers (even after your order has been confirmed). In this case, our company will again make every effort to contact you based on the communication methods mentioned above in 3c in order to inform you about and agree with you on the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without prejudice to both parties and the interest-free refund of any money paid within a reasonable period of time.

c) Subject to any special charges that will be expressly provided for in a product posted on our website and in any case in your order confirmation, the general shipping costs are as follows:

– for orders with a total value of up to 99.99 € including VAT, the shipping cost is 2.40 € including VAT throughout Greece

– for orders with a total value over 100,00 € including VAT, shipping is FREE throughout Greece

6. PROCEDURE FOR THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS

a) The procedure for the return of the products you have ordered from our website is simple and is carried out entirely online through the My Account field.

b) In order for the return of products (defective or not) to be valid, the above procedure must be carried out and the relevant electronic order must be received by our Company within the time limit set in the product return policy (article 7) for each case of product return.

c) In any case where a return, replacement and / or repair of a product is provided for in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 below, the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, they must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (to match the Company’s codes) and be in perfect condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Shipping Note, Retail Receipt, etc.).

d) Upon receipt of the returned product you will be informed in the “My Account” field while for each subsequent procedure (such as sending a new product, replacement, etc.) you will be informed both from the “My Account” field and based on the procedure of article 3 above.

e) In particular for the return of products ordered by telephone, the return of the products, regardless of the reason, will be carried out upon consultation with the competent department at +30 231 028 4737, within the time limit and under the conditions set out in the product return policy (article 7) during working days and hours (daily 09:00-19:00 and Saturday 09:00-17:00).

7. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

1) RESET

For E-g category products, you have the right to return the product you received within 30 calendar days from the day you received it, without any cost whatsoever other than the return costs (courier, shipping, postage or other), which will be at your own risk and expense (unless otherwise specified from time to time by the Company as a whole or specifically for certain products). The necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 or 30 days are: The product must not have been used, no labels or markings (e.g. stickers, brand marking, etc.) on the products have been removed from clothing, footwear and accessories, household goods and/or electrical appliances must not have been opened. Also, all items should be returned in the perfect condition in which they were received, without damage, without any defect (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging – e.g. fragile products – should be returned in their special packaging), and should also be accompanied by all the necessary documents. Furthermore, for items that include special packaging, the packaging must not have been tampered with and/or damaged. Also for items & products related to hygiene, returns are not accepted. 2) RETURN AND/OR REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

a) Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products (regardless of type) are packed specially and carefully in order to reach you without damage. Our company is also aware that among its products are fragile and/or sensitive items and for this reason it takes all necessary measures (in cooperation with its suppliers and carriers) to ensure that these items are shipped in special packaging that fully protects them from any damage during transport and/or storage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you. Also in very rare cases there is a possibility to receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your right of withdrawal, which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

b) If you receive the product without expressing a specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. However, if you find that there are damages and/or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us by e-mail at info@e-g.gr and/or by phone at +30 231 028 4737, stating whether you wish to be sent a new one for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In case you wish to have a new product sent to you for replacement, you can follow the return procedure from the My Account field, as described in Article 6a.

c) In case the product you received is demonstrably defective from its manufacture, then: for E-g products you can request their replacement with the same or with another product of your choice and/or the issuance of a credit validity for one financial year, or an interest-free refund of the money paid if the product you wish to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than 30 days after receipt (the return is free of charge from the 1st to the 2nd day of receipt). For this reason, you are obliged to keep and store the product warranties without which the warranty conditions and related benefits cannot be valid. In any case, the more specific warranty terms provided for each product apply, and the warranty expires when the prescribed period has expired.

8. POSSIBILITY OF ORDER CANCELLATION

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before the shipment/receipt of the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to info@e-g.gr or by calling +30 231 028 4737.

b) Upon receipt of the product – You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days
